1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between yekbet ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the yekbet website or its associated services ("you", "the Player", "the User"). By accessing the yekbet platform at yekbet.bio, clicking to confirm registration, or otherwise using any yekbet service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by yekbet, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, and other covered sports), live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game-show titles), slot games, crash games (Monster Crash, Wheel), bonus programs, promotional offers, loyalty schemes, deposit and withdrawal services, and customer support interactions.

yekbet reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, yekbet will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of yekbet following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with any updated terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with yekbet's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the complete agreement between you and yekbet. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

The yekbet platform is intended exclusively for adults. To register an account and participate in any yekbet activity, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. yekbet strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under the age of 18.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling and sports betting is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must be acting as a private individual and not on behalf of a commercial entity or third party.

yekbet takes underage gambling prevention seriously. As part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process, yekbet requires players to provide valid government-issued identification documents prior to processing any withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities. yekbet also encourages parents and guardians to use filtering software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of yekbet services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. yekbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the yekbet platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, yekbet may suspend all associated accounts, consolidate or forfeit balances, and bar the player from re-registering.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. yekbet strongly recommends:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not reused on any other website or service.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP SMS for logins from unrecognised devices.
• Never sharing your username, password, or OTP code with any other person, including yekbet support staff (yekbet will never ask for your password).
• Logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying yekbet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

yekbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been carried out by you, unless you have notified yekbet of a security breach in a timely manner.

Account registration is free of charge. yekbet does not charge any fee for creating or maintaining an account. Players must be registered and logged in to place bets, access live casino tables, or claim bonuses.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on yekbet — including deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). yekbet does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your yekbet wallet instantly. Deposits via bank transfer are generally processed within 30 minutes during standard banking hours. yekbet does not impose any processing fee on deposits.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to completion of KYC verification. yekbet may request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of processing hours may be queued for the next available processing window.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that belongs to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Players who have not submitted the required documentation may experience delays.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. See Section 5 (Bonus and Promotions Policy) for details.
• yekbet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• In cases of account closure by the player, any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Bonus and Promotions Policy

yekbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh-market occasions. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to individual offers at the time of their promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by yekbet:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus balance and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the offer terms at the time of claiming. Players must meet the stated wagering requirement using real-money or bonus-money bets, as specified in the individual offer.
• Expiry Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of crediting. Bonus funds not wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically. The applicable expiry period is stated on each individual promotion.
• Eligibility: Each bonus may be claimed only once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. yekbet reserves the right to refuse bonus claims where there is evidence of abuse.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed toward wagering. Live casino games, sports bets, and crash games may contribute a reduced percentage. The contribution rates applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual offer terms.
• Maximum Bet During Wagering: While wagering a bonus, a maximum bet limit per round or per spin may apply. Placing bets above this limit while wagering a bonus may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: yekbet monitors bonus usage patterns. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage, matched betting, or any other form of bonus abuse may have their bonus forfeited and their account suspended or closed.

yekbet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been claimed by a player, the terms applicable at the time of claiming will continue to apply to that specific bonus instance unless a material error was made in the offer communication.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

yekbet is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. All games offered on the platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) audited by independent third parties. Sports betting odds are set using industry-standard pricing models. yekbet does not manipulate outcomes, apply hidden fees, or disadvantage players through platform-side interference.

In order to protect the integrity of the platform and the experience of all players, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on yekbet:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional contest.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error may be voided at yekbet's discretion.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or use of insider information in connection with sports betting markets.
• Engaging in money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or using yekbet accounts as a vehicle for funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Attempting to circumvent technical security measures, account restrictions, or self-exclusion tools implemented on the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing yekbet support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with yekbet support.

yekbet employs automated monitoring systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where a breach is identified, yekbet may take one or more of the following actions: issue a warning, suspend the account pending investigation, permanently close the account, forfeit all balances, reverse specific transactions, or refer the matter to appropriate legal authorities. yekbet's determination of prohibited conduct is final, subject to the dispute resolution process set out in these Terms.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

yekbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, duplicate account detection, underage access, requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities, and any other circumstance in which yekbet determines that maintaining the account poses a risk to the platform or its players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified via their registered email address where practical. During a suspension period, the player may not place bets, access games, make deposits, or request withdrawals. yekbet will endeavour to complete any investigation within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome to the player.

Players also have the right to close their own accounts voluntarily at any time. To request account closure, players should contact the yekbet support team at [email protected]. Where the closure is for responsible gaming reasons (such as problem gambling), the support team will process the request as a self-exclusion and apply the appropriate restrictions. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method following successful identity verification.

In the event of permanent account closure by yekbet for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. yekbet will provide a written explanation of the grounds for closure via the player's registered email address.

8. Limitation of Liability

The yekbet platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While yekbet makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, secure, and functioning correctly at all times, yekbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure issues, or factors beyond yekbet's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yekbet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to yekbet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yekbet shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of data arising from platform interruptions or errors.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and banking partners) that result in delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing.
• Game outcomes produced by certified third-party game providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Any tax obligations that may arise for the player as a result of winnings or transactions on the platform. Players are solely responsible for their own tax compliance.

These Terms do not limit or exclude liability where it cannot be lawfully excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Nothing in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable law.
